Still located mainly in Central Europe, our operating property portfolio is going to be developed:

  • Develop our Business Center Bee@Work concept (Croatia)
  • Run office and residential development projects in Budapest
  • Run property development projects in France (Paris, Provinces)

SHOPPING CENTRE ADMNISTRATOR

Present in Central Europe since the middle of the 1990s, we have developed a certain expertise in different areas of commercial activities, particularly in Hungary, Croatia and Romania. In this way we have developed a shopping centre concept with mid-size stores, Nextstop, in several regions of Hungary.

FACILITY MANAGEMENT

To provide a full property management service, our Facility Management team oversees all cleaning, maintenance and investment operations for our portfolio of managed property. We are also involved in Facility Management operations on behalf of third parties.
