With a strong presence in the heart of Budapest, we've transformed 1,200 m² of office space into a co-working/business center to accommodate freelancers and businesses in a completely revamped setting. Meeting rooms for 10 to 50 people complete this offering.

A second business center will open in September in Csömör; it will allow the shopping center to add a service offering to its commercial offering and future coworkers to work on a platform close to Budapest, connected in 20 minutes by metro, allowing rapid and eco-responsible travel to the heart of the capital.

In order to ensure a complete service in real estate management, our team of Facility Management oversees all maintenance, upkeep and investment operations for the real estate portfolio we manage.

Sustainable Development: In 2023 & 2024, we devoted a large part of our investments to the installation of large areas of solar panels on 2 of our shopping centers with a view to internal electricity generation; in addition to the reduction in CO² from this green energy, the consumption of electricity from third parties has been significantly reduced.
