THAT HAS DEVELOPED OVER 5 GENERATIONS, MAINLY IN TRADE AND DISTRIBUTION IN FRANCE AND ABROAD.
Our activities and assets are organized around 3 main divisions:
- Private equity : direct majority or minority investment as part of a transfer or development capital operation
- Real Estate Retail - Property: this division concentrates most of our operating assets, with stores leased to DIY specialists, shopping centers and business centers as well as our Real Estate services ( Facility management, franchise development, retail network management, ..)
- Financial asset management
