Plaq is a luxury brand of artisanal chocolate, part of the Bean-to-Bar movement. This concept, which originated in the United States, involves an artisan carrying out all the stages of chocolate production, right up to its sale, in a single location.

After the creation of an artisanal laboratory, PLAQ opened in 2024 a second boutique in Paris on the Left Bank.
